There was water gushing out of what seemed my basement wall and caused alot of flooding. A friend recommended Hungerfords..I called them at 630pm and Ben was at my house by 7 and fixed the issue right away. He climbed in my well tank and fixed a Cracked pipe on a cold windy night..and did some other necessary things to my well pump in the basement. He was professional and honest. I would recommend him and this company over and over and will use them in a heartbeat if needed again!

Absolutely the best in service! Ben was very helpful to resolve our water issues as quickly as possible. Jason was great to review everything with us to be sure we were set with our new water system. Ben even called the next morning to ensure we were all set and see if we had any questions. We are very grateful for their support every step of the way.

Outstanding team with successful resolution of a difficult repair

Called Ben for a "second opinion". I was being told I needed to replace my well tank and install a water softener. Ben came out and not only confirmed my hunch that I didn't need a new well tank and a softener was optional, but he also took the time to explain why and how to tell when to replace the tank. Super knowledgeable, super nice, and has earned my trust.
